Resolved Question: How much is car insurance in NY state if your 17?

I drove away from my dysfunctional family in new york in search of a better life and ended up with my uncle's family in texas for few months . The reason why i moved was because i was going through depression and anxiety while i was in NY.

I moved to my own place this past saturday and ...got fired from my $600/week job on tuesday . At first I was clueless and hopeless . But I was glad to find out that I have enough money to stay at the room for more months . and make payments for car and insurance and one student loan payment for 2 Months..
I would be left with mere $400 if my calculations are correct. This amount doesn't reflect my food expenses. The room is only 375 and I have 1,784 left in the bank

can you give me any advises on where to go from here ?
I mean i know i have to find a job as soon as possible. But is there anything else you can input into this equation or anything i should remember while being in this situation ?

Voting Question: export car insurance?

I bought a (vintage 1977 Chrysler) car near Philadelphia, PA. I'm from EUrope and would like to come and pick it up myselt. Plan is to drive around for some 10 days and todeliver it to the NY port to export it to EU. What kind of paperwork do I have to have and where do I buy insurance for those 10 days? It's really easy to do it here in EU if you buy a car somewhere else, but have not found any satisfactory answer from US websites. Thanks a lot!!! Thanks for an answer. But shouldn't there be a unified way to do it? There must be many people from elswhere in America's buying cars in the US and driving to Mexico or Canada, for example.

Ive been looking for how much car insurance is in ny if your 17 but i cant find it. My mom doesnt want to pay for it so i have to pay for it myself. Can someone tell me how much it costs?
